Spending 5 years playing around with web design was a great way to properly educate myself before becoming a freelance web designer. I made the transition from hobby to job in March 2008, having fun doing your job makes you work harder and take great pride in the final product.
I am from Massachusetts and attended Northeastern University, where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Many of my colleagues can see my engineering background in my web design work. I make web pages just like I was making an electrical component: cost-effective, efficient, and structured.
