Unapproved Instagram/Facebook Ads – Tuesday Tips

20230915_174214_0000

Ok, this week #tuesdaytips is simple... if your Facebook or Instagram ad is disapproved, just make a new one!

Ok, you can leave now... but if you want some more details read on. Yes, when you first start out this is daunting, you worked so hard on an ad and now it's disapproved. Sometimes they disapprove your ad for no reason or it was a mistake with the automated text reader. Don't fret, just move on.

After you have created 10 or more ads you will realize it's much easier than your first one. You were just nervous the first couple times. Create a new one and move on!

There are obviously a bunch of other ways you can move forward with this. If you want to see them detailed out, check out this article that I used for reference: Boostlikes.com

This article is good, I don't have the time to write up something this good, so if you REALLY want the details go there and learn how to file an appeal, fix and resubmit, plus there is some other great information in this article on how to avoid being unapproved in the first place.

I think it's funny that there is a section "Submitting a New Ad", but at the end... come on, that is the first move!

The number one issue with people who are working on their website or marketing is paralysis by analysis. Don't get caught up in the stupid details about why Facebook or Instagram blocked your ad, just write 100 ads and you will learn what gets through and what gets blocked!

As always, if you have any questions feel free to contact us or leave a comment below, thanks for reading.

I totally get the “paralysis by analysis” thing… I need to get over it and start getting stuff done instead of thinking about getting stuff done. Thanks for this post!

It’s so frustrating when Facebook/Instagram makes mistakes. Sometimes they think things are text but they are really not. I like your attitude on this though, be ready because they are going to make mistakes and just move on.
